About me
Hi, my name is Nahir
I am an Ayurveda therapist, Tantra facilitator, Yoga teacher, herbal medicine consultant and massage therapist. Additionally, I have a background in audiovisual communication, which enriches my holistic approach.
This journey began with personal challenges. After experiencing severe adrenal fatigue, respiratory illnesses, stress, anxiety, and a deep disconnection from my body and essence, I found answers in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Tantra. These disciplines not only transformed my health but also my life. That’s when I realized I wanted to share this knowledge:
What healed me could also guide others toward their well-being, helping them find answers before reaching their limit.
At Alma, we work from an integrative perspective, combining conscious nutrition, meditation, asanas (yoga postures), mantras, movement practices, Ayurvedic lifestyle routines (dinacharya), conscious breathing (pranayama), tantric practices, and profound Yoga teachings.
Our goal is to provide you with practical tools, accessible knowledge, and a deep connection with your body.
